Germany has broadened and legalized Internet surveillance argumentations Just as it has been recently stated, Germany has legalized Internet surveillance for the secret services. The permissions of the intelligence agency BDN have been enhanced and today anyone can be watched out for by the security officials. The possibilities of the agency have been increased after the deputy majority of votes adopted the law on the reforms in the sphere.

In keeping with the law, the number of argumentations to private data legalized accessing has been enlarged. As earlier the reasons were distinct, such as ‘illegal people traffic’ or ‘anti-terrorism effort’, thus today there are such broad reasons as ‘foreign information value search in terms of security policy’.

In agreement with the accepted document, not only data can be gathered by the authorities, but also any relevant metadata. The critics are assured that the new law will make legitimate everything that has been unlawful.
